About the role

We are hiring for your skills to support the Talent Management department in development, deployment configuration and maintenance of the Performance and Talent Management process, and systems by providing adequate subject matter, technical and analytical support to QR group performance and talent practice. Role will report to People Performance Manager

Other operational duties would include:

Understand the business priorities, requirements and outcomes concerning performance and talent management activities from HR and business stakeholders to support the ongoing performance and talent activities
Support in gathering requirements from business units and translating the requirements to IT and the vendors to develop and deploy be-spoke features
Manage personalization, configurations, access levels (PPM system), and system administration for all the Business Units of QR group on the performance and talent management systems
Produce process flows, prototypes, and wireframes to help IT and business stakeholders understand the requirements of the business
Manage performance and talent helpdesk. Setup/revise service level agreements and escalation matrix as and when the new features or enhancements are released
Work with IT to ensure 24/7 up-time of the Performance and Talent management systems
Conduct training sessions to educate users about the performance and talent systems
Conduct regression testing, unit testing and user acceptance tests to ensure the features developed are as per the requirements
Prepare the performance and talent systems for the milestone activities during the year like objective setting, check-ins, performance/talent calibration, and annual reviews
Produce ad-hoc reports and dashboards as per the requirement of the HR and Business stakeholders
Identify sources to keep abreast with the new development in the performance and the talent space
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications
About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Talent Management Team.

Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
Knowledge of Performance and Talent Management practices
Experience in supporting the implementation of a talent management suite and an ERP
Experience in producing wireframes, prototypes and testing
Experience in addressing customer queries
Experience in using a programming language
Experience in using Power BI or Tablaeu and MS Office
Experience in training user groups
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Knowledge of project management
Knowledge of change management
