Educational Qualification

For Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III):

  • Essential: Graduation degree from a recognized university.

  • Preferred: Candidates with CA/CFA/MBA qualifications will be given preference.

  • Mandatory Certification: IIBF Certificate in Foreign Exchange Operations is compulsory.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, out of which at least 3 years must be in Forex/Trade Finance.

For Marketing Officer (Scale I):

  • Essential: Graduation along with 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM in Marketing.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 1 year in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) marketing or field sales.


Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)

Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III):

  • Minimum Age: 25 Years

  • Maximum Age: 35 Years

Marketing Officer (Scale I):

  • Minimum Age: 22 Years

  • Maximum Age: 30 Years

Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen candidates.


Salary Structure

Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III):

  • Pay Scale: ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280 per month

  • Approximate Gross Salary: ₹1,10,000 – ₹1,35,000 per month (including allowances)

Marketing Officer (Scale I):

  • Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 per month

  • Approximate Gross Salary: ₹65,000 – ₹95,000 per month (including allowances)

Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Benefits, Leave Travel Concession (LTC), Provident Fund, and other bank allowances as per Central Bank of India policy.
