Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed 10th standard from a recognized board with mother tongue as one subject. Basic computer knowledge and bicycle riding capability are mandatory requirements.

Age Limit Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years
Maximum age: 40 years (as of January 1, 2026)

Age relaxation benefits:
SC/ST category: 5 years relaxation
OBC category: 3 years relaxation

Salary Structure

Selected candidates will receive the following monthly compensation:
Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM): INR 10,000 to 24,470
Branch Postmaster (BPM): INR 12,000 to 29,380
